Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dermafillsupply.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 8 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
